We believe in an open approach: come and discover fencing for one month with no commitment. Equipment is provided. If you enjoy the experience, registration can be completed online or at the fencing hall.
Equipment
The club provides a full set of equipment for the first year (not FIE-compliant). From the second year onward, members are supported in purchasing their own equipment, with advice and preferential rates. FIE equipment is mandatory for competitions from the age of 14.
Locker
Option to rent a locker for the year (subject to availability): CHF 50.–
Insurance
Each member must be covered by private accident insurance.

There is no age limit to practice fencing. We welcome the youngest as soon as they are able to hold a plastic foil.

Yes, the CEM offers a one-month trial with no commitment and provides the necessary equipment.
No, the equipment is very safe and subject to strict standards; moreover, safety rules in the fencing hall are strictly enforced. The fencing master and experienced fencers ensure they are respected at all times.
